Preparation
First, I consider the most important parameters and the full vision of the event and prepare a complete, comprehensive, detailes quote. Furthermore, we discuss the style and the atmosphere of the photographs you would like to receive.
On-site visit
Our services include an on-site visit, where we consider the environmental possibilities, all the important details, prime locations and spots for photography. This is free of charge and its timing depends of the size of the event.
On the day of the event
I arrive 30 minutes at the latest at the location before the start of the event in appropriate wear, and finalize any further requests. We are covering completely the event accordingly and taking photos of all the important details as well. At events esceeding 2 hours, we constantly perform data backup in order to have all the photos secure.
Post-production
In order to deliver the highest quality photographs, all of them will undergo a complete post-production. The final images will be available in a password protected online gallery in 2 resolutions, according to the agreed deadline. The complete process includes a cloud-storage of the photographs, which will be available any time.
