2. DEFINITIONS

Capitalized terms in the following Policy shall have the following meanings:

2.1 Service Provider: a legal person providing services to clients.

2.2 User: any person who uses the website or the services available on the website in any way.

3. BASIC PROVISIONS

3.1 Hungarian law shall govern the matters not regulated in this Policy and the interpretation of this Policy, in particular with regard to the relevant provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code and Act CVIII of 2001 on Electronic Commerce and on Information Society Services. The binding provisions of the relevant legislation shall apply to the parties without any specific stipulation.
