Reklámeszköz – Business Portraits

To make sure that everyone was on top of their game and to make this photo shoot a special day for everyone, we worked together with a professional crew. Make-up, hairdressing, and styling brought to the exclusivity of the shoot and also contributed to set the mood. Because of the relaxed atmosphere employees felt more comfortable in front of the camera.

We chose the well-established and technically well-equipped Sidelight studio as our location, where every member of the company fit comfortably and could follow the photo shoot.

To ensure a smooth workflow, we arrived with the whole team an hour and a half before the scheduled time and prepared the studio. Because of our preparation we could start the shoot immediately, thus upholding the enthusiasm of the Reklámeszköz staff.

During the portrait shoot, we made several compositions. We also provided a control monitor on set, so everyone could choose the photos they liked the most. While the shoot was a real fun, many people were a little bit shy of being in front of the camera, so we put a lot of effort into making everyone feel comfortable because we wanted them to have a good time in a relaxed atmosphere.

Our very elaborate workflow made sure that while shooting business portraits of a person, the others were constantly being made ready; the hairdresser and make-up artists did everyone’s hair and make-up, and our stylist dressed the team members with the carefully selected outfits. Everyone went through a complete transformation!

After the portraits were taken, we divided the company’s colleagues into smaller groups according to their departments and took some group photos. When their team building came to an end we took a group photo of everyone. The big group photo gave more of a ‘workshop atmosphere’ vibe, which showed the more casual side of the team.

When taking a group photo with so many people, our focus is not only to ensure that no one blinks while taking the picture. We try to pay attention to everyone’s posture and position, we also pay a lot of attention to the expressions and emotions on each and everyone’s face. This, combined with perfect lighting and a coherent composition make a high quality group photo.

The entire process was very exciting, and I can just hope, that we have created a lasting experience for the company and that the team-building photo shoot gave us more than only tangible results.
